(*Items may NOT be thrown. If items are thrown, participation in future parades may be denied. Last year three floats were removed from the parade by Kirksville Police for throwing candy. Items other than candy must be approved by Blue Key and the Truman CSI staff who reserve the right to accept or reject any items.)
